The Position

As a CDC Clinical Feasibility Manager, you will be leading feasibility and interaction with site staff and relevant Start-Up functions in accordance with central patient allocation request.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Conduct feasibility assessments for clinical trials, evaluating the potential of study protocols and identifying potential challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support decision-making on trial feasibility.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as investigators and site staff, to ensure successful recruitment and execution of clinical trials.
Provide input and recommendations to optimize trial design and execution based on feasibility findings.
Build and maintain sound knowledge of local patient treatment pathways, competitor trials and the clinical research environment for relevat Therapeutic Areas.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Minimum B.Sc. in Life Science, preferably with a post graduate qualification in Research.
At least 5 years of proven experience of conducting clinical trials in accordance with GCP methodology.
At least 2 years of proven experience as Trial Mamager or Senior CRA.
Excellent communication skills with ability to impact, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all organisational levels.
Availability to travel (30%-40%) within the country to perform various visits to clinical trial sites, attend department meetings and trainings.
Excellent organisational and long-term planning skills and ability to gather and compile information that suggests new possibilities.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results and proven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in multinational environments, liaising with overseas colleagues – an advantage.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
