We are seeking an NFT Senior Performance Engineer to join our defense team in Netanya.

This is a full-time position on-site

Responsibilities:

Develop performance test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on system requirements and performance criteria.
Design and write test scripts, implement them, and execute complex performance tests to evaluate system performance under load.
Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to optimize code and overall system performance.
Develop and maintain performance testing tools, scripts, and frameworks.
Implement and utilize performance monitoring and diagnostic tools to gather metrics and insights.
Mentor junior performance engineers by providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Create detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and QA, to ensure performance standards are met.
Research and integrate new performance testing methodologies and technologies to improve testing processes.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in NFT performance engineering or a similar role.
Experience with NFT performance testing tools, scripting, and test execution.
Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve NFT-related performance bottlenecks.
Practical experience with SQL.
Experience working with JIRA.
Good understanding of system architecture, load and stress testing concepts.
Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
