Role and Responsibilities:

Nym is looking for a Medical Data Analyst to join our growing Implementation team, reporting to our Squad Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of new clients and analyzing both historical and real-time client data.

As a Medical Data Analyst, you will:

Customize Nym’s engine to address clients’ clinical and business needs.
Support Nym’s clients throughout the technical integration process, including identifying bugs and recommending fixes and improvements, hands-on work within our codebase to adjust configurations, scripts, and rules.
Provide solutions for alerts and incoming escalated tickets from our customers.
Lead collaboration across multidisciplinary teams - including engineers, linguists, medical doctors, product managers, and coders—to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.

Requirements:

Strong familiarity with medical charts and clinical terminology, ideally gained through hands-on experience in hospital or outpatient clinical settings (e.g., during medical rounds, chart reviews, or clinical documentation work).
SQL must, and Pandas' skills are an advantage.
Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
A proactive, can-do attitude and strong organizational skills are essential.
