About the Team
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst to own, optimize, and scale our HR tech stack — with a focus on HiBob and integrations with systems like Greenhouse, Deel, and Notion.
You’ll partner closely with the People, Finance, and IT teams to ensure our HR systems are configured to support data accuracy, reporting visibility, and automation as we continue to grow.You will also be expected to push for insights raised from data that will become an enabler for the business’s health and growth, turning raw people data into strategic decisions that move the company forward.
What You’ll Do
Lead configuration of fields, Cross Organizational Processes, permissions, and data structures aligned to business needs
Working closely with multiple stakeholders, understanding the bigger picture, and proactively suggesting improvements in processes or workforce.
Design, build and maintain data dashboards and reports for stakeholders (People, Finance, Leadership)
Analyze people data to identify trends and provide insights that drive HR and business decisions.
Own day-to-day administration and long-term optimization of our HRIS (HiBob)
Manage integrations with systems like Comeet (ATS), Deel (payroll), and others
Maintain high data quality and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards
Automate and streamline key workflows across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, off boarding, performance)
Support training, documentation, and adoption of HRIS tools across the company
Evaluate new tools and provide data-driven recommendations for process/system improvements
Requirements:
Must Have
5 years of experience managing or working extensively with an HRIS (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR, Workday)
Strong analytical skills — ability to extract, interpret, and visualize HR and organizational data
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, data cleaning)
A data-driven mindset — you bring insights, not just data
Experience managing global HR data (multi-country structures, time zones, currencies)
A process-improvement approach to scaling HR systems and operations
Ability to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and documentation practices
Nice-to-Have
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Deel, Papaya, Notion, CultureAmp, or Lattice
Experience in a high-growth tech/startup environment is a plus
