About Maytronics

Maytronics is a global leader in robotic pool cleaning technology (Dolphin brand). We are building a fast-moving, high-performance creative studio to support global product launches, e-commerce growth, and brand development. We’re looking for a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our Israel-based global team.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will develop high-quality visual assets across digital, retail, and physical environments. You’ll combine strong design fundamentals with production precision to support global marketing initiatives and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Production: Prepare accurate, production-ready files for global markets, ensuring proper formatting and versioning.
E-commerce & Retail: Create high-impact assets for Amazon, retailer platforms, and print materials (brochures, packaging, and POP).
Creative Execution: Design marketing assets for digital campaigns, social media, paid media, and web.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Lead and global marketing teams to translate creative concepts into polished deliverables.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the Maytronics brand identity across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

Requirements

3–6 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong Portfolio: Demonstrating expertise in both digital and production design.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Figma is a major plus.
Professional Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Eye for Detail: Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Global Mindset: Experience designing e-commerce platforms or global consumer brands.
Execution-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality, production-ready files.
