Algorithms and Robotic Research Manager

We seek an experienced leader to drive robotics and AI inference on edge devices from research to full verification. This role involves managing a team, developing cutting-edge algorithms, and integrating embedded solutions for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead research of robotic algorithms from technology research to concept verification.
Develop and implement algorithms in:
Computer vision & AI inference on edge devices
Localization & mapping using acoustic, inertial, and optical sensor fusion
Robotic motion planning & space coverage
Data analysis & forecasting for intelligent decision-making
Manage & mentor a team of researchers and engineers.
Collaborate with the Product team to plan the product roadmap and with the development teams to integrate technologies into solutions.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Expertise in sensor technologies (acoustic, inertial, optical) for robotic perception.
BSc/MSc in Electronics, Software, or Mechanical Engineering
7+ years of experience in:
C++ programming (Linux/Embedded)
AI-driven robotics, sensor fusion, and autonomous systems
ROS2 and full product lifecycle development
Managing R&D teams

Nice to Have:

Experience in motion control & optical flow odometry sensors
