If you are looking to make a difference in people's lives, we invite you to join us!We seek a Customer Service Coordinator for our patient support programs (PSP) to receive or initiate inquiries for end patients, introduce them to the relevant service, provide relevant instructions for receiving the product, refer them to a nurse for training or accompaniment needs, coordinate and deliver kits and services, and send reminders according to the relevant plan.In addition, customer support from receiving the order until the customer receives the products. Processing orders from customers received via email, fax, and automatic interfaces. Answering phone calls and providing estimated schedules for delivery of the productsRequirements:Customer Service work experience - AdvantageExcellent communication skills in Hebrew, and Arabic is an advantage.1-3 years of Customer Service work experienceComputer Skills- proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)Ability to work under pressure, prioritization, and task managementResponsibilities:Receiving inquiries through applications or calls directly from patientsAdding patients to the various servicesEstablishing patients in the SF system, accompanying them until entering the service or until obtaining approvals for the various productsMaking reminders to patientsOpening side effect reports and quality complaintsCoordinating Delivery of kits to patients for relevant productsConnecting between patient and Medison nursesReceiving, inputting, and processing orders via automatic interfacesHandling, scanning, and charging packing slips according to the type of customer.Processing returns and financial credits.
