Guesty is seeking an experienced dynamic Projects and Processes manager to join our Customer Experience (CX) team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. This role is pivotal in driving technology-driven initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, particularly in the areas of AI and automation, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end project cycles while designing and implementing workflows that optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.

This role will involve project management, processes & automation design and implementation, data analysis and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering/business management or economics.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or process engineering positions in a high-tech company or management consulting firm.
Experience using Zendesk - an advantage!
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in customer support or customer experience - advantage!
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications

Analyzing existing workflows and developing new scalable business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and AI-based solutions.
Implementation of new processes and tools, providing hands-on support to the CX team for adopting new tools and processes.
Planning the required data, reports, and dashboards for new projects and processes.
Plan and manage projects by defining goals and plans, and taking ownership of the deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI and automation strategies that streamline customer support and self-service capabilities.
