Content Manager and Projects Coordinator - student role

We are looking for a Content Manager and Projects Coordinator , a challenging role in the knowledge management and training development department.

The job requires managing both internal and external interfaces, accuracy, attention to detail and thinking outside the box.

Main tasks:

Management of databases serving the entire organization

Data structure management of hundreds of documents, videos, animations and other information items - configuration management, tags, metadata etc. Manage department projects and schedules using an Agile method

Monitor progress on goals at the individual, team and department levels

Ongoing work with external parties such as product managers and content experts

Requirements & Skills

3rd year student in B.sc in industrial & management/ information systems or relevant field

Accuracy, attention to detail, commitment to highest quality

Ability to express yourself at a high level in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)

Self-learning ability

High level of skills of communication and teamwork

Digital orientation

A natural motivator with the ability to think outside the box

Experience with Monday.com - Advantage
