*Software Team Leader – Command & Control Systems*

We are looking for an experienced *Software Team Leader* to lead the development of a next-generation *Air Defense Command & Control System*.
This is a hands-on leadership role involving system architecture, real-time distributed software design, and coordination across multiple development teams.

*Responsibilities:*

* Lead the design and development of a modular, real-time geospatial C2 system that includes track fusion, multi-sensor integration, and advanced operator interfaces.
* Manage the entire software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, architecture, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
* Coordinate the work of Frontend (React/Cesium), Backend (C++/DDS), and integration/QA teams.
* Serve as the technical focal point for system engineers and project managers.
* Define and enforce software architecture, performance, and quality standards.
* Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
* Ensure compliance with security and industry standards.

*Requirements:*

* 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
* Strong programming background in *C++*.
* Experience with Command & Control systems or real-time distributed applications.
* Familiarity with *React, CesiumJS, WebSocket*, and other modern frontend technologies.
* Experience with *Windows, real-time Linux*, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
* Background in *defense, aerospace, or multi-sensor systems* – a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
