Billing and Accounts receivable Manager

We are looking to add a driven Billing and Accounts receivable Manager to join the journey!

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset, as well as demonstrates strong organizational skills and resourcefulness in finding efficient ways to hit goals. You will get the opportunity to play a key role in our growth by ensuring that we collect our revenue in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for supporting and suggesting new collection solutions that support our rapid scale.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Jerusalem/Tel Aviv office and reports to the Chief Finance Officer.

Requirements:

To be a Billing and Accounts receivable Manager at Fullpath you need to have:

3+ year experience in a similar role
Hebrew and English proficiency
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
Tech Savviness and platform orientation
Availability to conduct occasional calls to steakholders and customers in US hours.

What you will be responsible for:

Manage and maintain accounts receivable and billing process for company’s customers
Ensure that transactions are being prepared according to finance policies
Conduct daily tracking of customers payments in the company’s CRM
Communicate with customers to resolve disputes and ensure overdue payments are recovered
Be the focal point for addressing billing inquiries and activities for customers and internal teams
Process internal requests for billing changes, accounts termination, accounts reactivation, billing additions, etc.
Contribute to the team’s mission to improve data flows, optimizing our processes, and ensuring accounting output is accurate
Proactively update internal documentation and train internal teams on billing processes and updates
Assist the finance team with occasional additional projects aimed at improving the overall efficiency of our Finance department

The top candidate will also have:

Experience working in a B2B SaaS company
Familiarity with Zoho or other invoicing systems
Familiarity with NetSuite
Familiarity with Salesforce
