Director of Gen-AI

You will lead the AI Strategy with the business stakeholders, you will have a deep understanding of our business needs and work closely with our engineering, creative and art teams to deliver innovative and impactful AI solutions and products. Your main responsibilities will include scoping and defining AI projects, overseeing the team’s process, monitoring product performance, and ensuring successful product launches. You will also be responsible for identifying market opportunities, conducting market research, analyzing business needs, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive. Additionally, you will oversee the AI budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, ultimately fostering a culture of AI innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Create and lead the AI Strategy with the company leadership
Act as the bridge between AI teams and business units, ensuring that AI initiatives are aligned with product goals and business needs
Define metrics and KPIs and monitor performance metrics to drive AI impact
Market Research on all subdomains, pulse check vs the industry, competitors, open source solution and self development strategy
Drive new use case innovation POCs and gradually turn them into products
Orchestrate Work plans with all the departments: Top Down vs Bottom Up
Define Process and Communication and Governance
What we expect
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in product management or/and leading strategic processes, building teams and leading managers
Strong business experience that includes working closely with management, product managers, and business leaders
Familiarity with Gen-AI and machine learning technologies, familiarity with AI market and main domains
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired
Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch- An advantage
Familiar with the game industry, game development cycle, and market trends
