KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Is responsible for generating cash collection via uploading invoices to supplier portals, pro-active calls or emails to meet cash collection objectives to the relevant customers.
Pro-actively runs reports to assigned clients on a regular basis to achieve business objectives related to cash collection and by that to achieve revenue for the organization
AUTHORITY
Cash collection –
For relevant customers - Uses portals - Uploads invoices and runs reports .
Handles returned invoices.
Connects with relevant customers to achieve cash collection goals.
Customer service – Handle the customer complaint table

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/LANGUAGES
Well English knowledge (read and write)

Good communication and interpersonal skills
