Electronics Architect

A software development company that specialises in a unique system for surveillance, defense and homeland security is looking for an Electronic Architect to join their office in Hod HaSharon.

Responsibilities:
* Driving the electronics concept during the initial stages of system design.
* Providing hands-on leadership in creating models to validate technological concepts.
* Developing and coordinating the company’s electronics development and integration strategy for the coming years.
* Balancing detailed technical knowledge with a comprehensive system-wide perspective to address all aspects of a TP system.
* Playing a pivotal role in shaping the design of current and future company products.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
* Master’s degree in Electronics, Electro-optics, or System Engineering (preferred).
* Extensive hardware development experience, especially in Board Design and FPGA (mandatory).
* Experience in matrix management (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of structured development methodologies and the hardware development lifecycle, from definition to testing and production.
* Ability to integrate meticulous attention to detail with a broad system-wide perspective.
* Experience in developing electro-optical payloads, thermal imaging, and control systems (preferred).
* System-wide vision and capability to independently lead tasks.
* Familiarity with AI tools (preferred).
