Job Description

Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger
Preparation of the month-end closing, quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with the USGAAP
Ensure timely and accurate reporting
Support and comply with tax filing in accordance with local regulation
Preparing Statutory Financial Statement and filing tax return
Supporting Sox compliance and internal control
Working with interfaces within Finance, external auditors, Internal auditors
Provide professional assistance to the bookkeepers
Ad-hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements

BA in accounting in well-known academic institution – Must
CPA licensed
Big 4 CPA internship graduate – Must
Experience in High tech industry – an Advantage
Excellent Excel skills – Must
High-level English – Must
Independent and fast learning ability
Accurate with attention to detail and great analytical skills
Integrity, Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude
