יום בחייך ב-MKS:כפקיד/ת קבלה באופיר אופטרוניקס, תהיה/י חלק מחלקת אחזקה ,האחראי/ת על מערך בקרת כניסה טיפול ותמיכה בספקים, וקבלת ואורחיםבתפקיד זה, תדווח/י ל מנהל אחזקהבמסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:טיפול בכל תחומי בקרת כניסה ,השגחה על מערך מצלמות בקרה וקבלת אורחיםמענה טלפונים וסיוע למחלקת אחזקההנפקת כרטיסים לעובדים חדשים ולאורחיםטיפול ועבודה מול ספקים חיצוניים, וכן טיפול והזמנת ציוד משרדי וחלוקתו לעובדים , תמיכה בפניות פנימיות של עובדים ולקוחותטיפול בנושאי דואר והנהלת חשבונותעבודה עצמאיתבניית קשרי עבודה חיוביים בתוך החברה ומחוצה להשיתוף פעולה עם הממשקים הפנימיים בטיחות וביטחוןמיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:תודעת שירות גבוהה ויחסי אנוש טובים מאודאחריות וסדראנגלית ברמה טובההכרת מערכת OFFICEגישה מקצועית ויזומה לעבודה, תשומת לב רבה לפרטיםיתרון - ניסיון במערכות SAPמשרה חלקית/מלאהעבודה בירושליםGlobally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
