Manage systems engineers team Define and lead all technical aspects of different projects Manage lab and Demo for clients Assist with marketing and sales process • Bachelor's degree • 5 years’ experience of managing System Engineers • Proven experience in System of Systems design, development, integration and test equipment utilization in the fields of: C4I, communication, radars, electro-optics and intelligence sensors. • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Strong customer service orientated. • Wide knowledge base and familiarity with: • Airborne systems • Technical documentation • Communication protocols • OS and network management - advantage • Wireless communication- advantage • Electro-optics– advantage • Radars - advantage • C2 systems– advantage • Intelligence sensors - advantage • Airborne qualification and certification - advantage
