Bioinformatician

Responsibilities

Supports the full life cycle of spatial data: spatial feature design, data quality control, differential expression analysis, biological interpretation of results, and delivery.
Ensures timely and proper analysis of spatial data generated by digital pathology.
Maintains or develops new functionality for bioinformatics pipelines to analyze and visualize spatial data.
Collaborates on a variety of spatial biology projects.

Requirements:

MSc in bioinformatics/life sciences/biotechnology/related field
Experience (at least 2 years) in bio-computational research
Strong interest in working on medical problems and taking a leading part in the field of digital pathology.
Experience in and a strong affinity for working in cross-team project setups.
Clinical trials data analysis, genomics, publications - Big advantage
Background in cancer biology- advantage
Good organization & communication skills, team player
