Senior Bookkeeper and Payroll AccountantRapid7 is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant to join our dynamic team in Israel. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial records, managing payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial data.About the TeamAs a Senior Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant you will cooperate with Rapid7 international teams and be involved in global projects, your contributions will directly impact on the company's financial health and success.About the RoleIn this role, you will:Manage the A/P and A/R processesRecord and reconcile GL financial transactionsPlay a Key role in the monthly close process including preparation of cut-off journal entries, account reconciliations and related analyses for balance sheet and income statement accountsHandle tax withholding and reporting requirements: VAT filings, 856,126 etc.Manage the payroll process end to end, with the support of the assigned global payroll provider and maintain ongoing controls, while maintaining global standardized payroll processesMain focal point for employees and external stakeholders for payroll related queriesManage employee attendance, while taking responsibility for the attendance systemAssist with ad-hoc projects, including payroll software replacement, system integrations and automation.The skills you’ll bring include:Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 35 years of bookkeeping experience (high-tech company– Advantage)Certified payroll accountant with at least 3 years of payroll experienceFluent in English- verbal and writtenStrong Excel knowledgeExperience with NetSuite – An advantageTeam player with excellent interpersonal relations, independent work capability and learning abilityAbility to work with tight deadlinesHighly organized and reliable with strong attention to details.We know that the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams.
