What you will do?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who lives and breathes GenAI. Someone who actively uses LLMs, follows the ecosystem daily, experiments constantly, and knows what it takes to move from prototype to production. You will own production-grade LLM-based products, from vision to GTM, with full accountability for value, adoption, and outcomes.

This is a builder PM role for GenAI products at scale.

This is a full-time position based in Hod Hasharon, Israel - hybrid model.

Responsibilities :

Own the product vision, roadmap and strategy for LLM-based and GenAI-driven products, with a clear focus on production readiness, reliability, and business value
Lead products from problem discovery and market validation through launch, iteration, and scale
Define how LLMs are used in real workflows. Production usage.
Work hands-on with R&D, data, and UX on model selection, architecture tradeoffs, evaluation approaches, and failure modes
Stay deeply connected to the GenAI ecosystem, models, frameworks, tooling, pricing changes, and emerging patterns
Translate fast-moving AI capabilities into clear, opinionated product decisions
Define success metrics for AI products, including quality, trust, adoption, and ROI
Actively engage with customers, prospects, field teams, and the market to validate real value
Drive outbound product leadership. Demos, talks, blogs, webinars, conferences

Requirements:

4+ years as a Product Manager, with ownership of complex SaaS products
Full-stack Product Manager with experience independently leading end-to-end inbound and outbound activities – a must
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field – a must; MBA or advanced degree – an advantage
Proven experience building AI or LLM-based products that reached production – a must
Deep familiarity with GenAI tools and platforms. You actively use them. You don’t just read about them
Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, failure modes, and tradeoffs
Ability to learn extremely fast in a rapidly evolving space
High technical fluency. You can speak credibly with engineers about architecture and constraints
Excellent English communication and storytelling skills
Open, transparent and collaborative team player
Creative, proactive and forward thinker
Positive with a “can-do” approach

Strong advantages:

Experience with evaluation, observability, or reliability of LLM systems
Background in enterprise SaaS products
Exposure to ERP, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or large enterprise environments
