You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.Our Team, Your ImpactWe are seeking a TPDD Systems & Data Support Analyst to join Teva’s Global Compliance & Ethics team on a temporary, part-time basis.This role provides technical, systems, and reporting support to the Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD) function and supports operational continuity during a maternity leave period.The position is hands-on and data-focused, well-suited for a student or early-career professional with strong analytical and organizational skills.How You’ll Spend Your DaySupport TPDD case-management systems, including data entry, validation, and updatesEnsure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of third-party records and documentationMaintain and organize documentation within internal compliance toolsPrepare standard and ad-hoc reports to support TPDD workflow tracking and oversightAssist the TPDD team with monitoring case status and operational metricsIdentify data or system issues and escalate to TPDD leads as appropriateYour Skills and ExperienceRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data qualityGood written and spoken EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office toolsComfortable working with systems, structured data, and reporting toolsAbility to work independently and manage routine operational tasksStrong organizational and time-management skillsEducation & ExperienceUniversity degree not requiredStudents currently studying business, economics, information systems, or related fields are encouraged to applyPrevious experience in data management, operations, compliance, or administrative support is an advantageNo prior pharmaceutical or compliance experience requiredHow We’ll Take Care of YouAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
