SAP BI Consultant

DESCRIPTION

abra is seeking an experienced SAP BI Consultant to join a dynamic team working on advanced data modeling and reporting solutions. The role involves designing and implementing data models using SAP HANA, Calculation Views, and Integration Planning Tool (IPT), with a focus on delivering high-performance BI solutions.

Data Modeling: Design and develop Calculation Views in SAP HANA to create reusable data models that support reporting and analytics needs.
Integration Planning: Utilize IPT to develop planning functions and integrate planning data into the BI landscape.
ETL Processes: Manage and optimize ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into SAP BW/HANA environments.
Reporting Solutions: Develop and maintain reporting solutions using SAP BusinessObjects (BO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other BI tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance of BI solutions, ensuring efficient data processing and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP BI tools, including SAP HANA, Calculation Views, and IPT.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and SAP HANA modeling techniques; experience with data extraction and transformation processes.
Reporting Tools: Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (BO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other BI reporting tools.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex data and reporting challenges.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
