Founded by supply chain experts, 8fig has developed a proven, data-driven strategy to help eCommerce brands scale. We offer a suite of free planning tools and provide sellers continuous, unlimited capital to grow their brands.

We’re seeking a talented Marketing designer to join our growing marketing team in Israel Tel-aviv. You’ll join a group of creative and passionate people who love what they do in a fast-paced startup environment. The marketing team will trust you to turn their text and ideas into dazzling and eye-catching on-brand content that will wow potential customers and partners. You’ll have the opportunity to play a central role in branding, impacting 8fig for years to come.

Design a wide variety of marketing materials including emails, online banners, social media graphics, landing pages, eBooks.
Understand brand identity and perform within established brand identity systems, style guides, and shared design projects
Take ownership of projects and independently bring ideas from concept to completion, exploring a range of solutions and accepting feedback from the marketing team
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Implement concepts of typography, layout, color theory, responsive design/scalable design and show excellent design aesthetic judgment

Requirements:

What you need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
3 years of experience in digital design
High proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Figma, Principle (etc.)
A portfolio showcasing a wide spectrum of creative work — must include: branding and UX/UI projects
Excellent attention to detail
Team player that thrives in a social environment
Capable of working on several projects at once in a fast paced environment
Strong ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
