The marketing team will trust you to turn their text and ideas into dazzling and eye-catching on-brand content that will wow potential customers and partners. You’ll have the opportunity to play a central role in branding, impacting 8fig for years to come.Design a wide variety of marketing materials including emails, online banners, social media graphics, landing pages, eBooks.Understand brand identity and perform within established brand identity systems, style guides, and shared design projectsTake ownership of projects and independently bring ideas from concept to completion, exploring a range of solutions and accepting feedback from the marketing teamWork on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesImplement concepts of typography, layout, color theory, responsive design/scalable design and show excellent design aesthetic judgmentRequirements:What you need to succeedBachelor's degree in Graphic Design3 years of experience in digital designHigh proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Figma, Principle (etc.)A portfolio showcasing a wide spectrum of creative work — must include: branding and UX/UI projectsExcellent attention to detailTeam player that thrives in a social environmentCapable of working on several projects at once in a fast paced environmentStrong ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.*Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered
