Israel Compensation and Benefits Lead

The Global Compensation & Benefits team at Nova is looking for an Israel Compensation and Benefits Lead to join our Global HR team in leading Nova’s people culture and practices through running our Compensation and Benefits plans and processes

In this role you will become an integral part of the Global Compensation & Benefits and HRIS-Team, enabling Global Compensation Processes, leading Compensation & Benefits activities in Israel and increasing productivity by partnering with cross-organizational functions. You will work closely with the Global HR-Leadership and the Global HR Field team and support them in bringing in and retaining the top talent required for Nova’s success. You will become a pivotal point of contact for all aspects of rewarding our employees for their contribution to the achievement of our short- and long-term goals.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
Full mastery of Excel, advanced knowledge of Word and Power-point
Excellent teamwork skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities
Excellent English
At least 3-4 years’ experience in C&B or related subject matter
BA in Economics or other analytical science
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate and present complex data

Role Responsibilities:

What you will be doing as Israel Compensation and Benefits Lead?

Lead all Compensation & Benefits activities for our Israel team of 600 employees
Run global Pay for Performance processes including Annual Bonus and Annual Salary Review
Provide ongoing C&B support for Israel HR Field and Talent Acquisition teams
Prepare and submit benchmark data for C&B surveys globally and analyze results
Monitor external trends in relevant markets to maintain market positioning
Manage and validate HR Corporate policies
