Job Description

Take charge of the entire website creation process from concept to launch
Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective website concepts
Collaborate with the team from the initial brief through concept development, wireframing, design, website creation and QA
Design and build fully functional websites using the Wix platform, ensuring a seamless user experience
Participate in design reviews and offer creative input during brainstorming sessions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive design execution
Stay up-to-date with the latest Wix features, web design trends, and best practices

Qualifications

3+ years of professional web design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise from concept to launch
Experience working directly with clients, understanding their vision, and delivering tailored web solutions
Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (plus) and AI creation tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills including the ability to give and receive feedback effectively
Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to present to an audience in both Hebrew and English
You’re well versed in UX/UI fundamentals and design principles such as layout, typography and image-making
You are self-motivated and can manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
You’re a high-energy individual with a can-do mindset that contributes to a vibrant and engaging work environment
You have a meticulous eye for detail to ensure that every element of the website is polished and aligned with the client’s goals
