What you'll be doing
Our team is the first escalation level of Applied Material Israel, thus you’ll remotely support all technical aspects of our high-end technology tools worldwide on customer sites
Using your technical capabilities, analytical skills and vast knowledge on multidisciplinary advanced systems, you will support installing & maintaining customer’s purchased Applied Material equipment.
As technical expert and main focal point for your product, you will have worldwide point of view to identify risks and address them with direct impact on our business
You will perform data analysis for continuous improvements, initiate and lead changes/ improvement programs, create and implement procedures for troubleshooting, system upgrades and support plans

What you should have?
At least 3 years hands-on experience with hardware (e.g. maintenance and repair)
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work in a matrix environment and Influence without authority
High sense of responsibility, accountability and urgency
Good verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew and English)
Proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements
Highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
Experience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process / field support is an advantage
