Business Applications Analyst

We seek a highly motivated Applications Analyst to join our Global IT Team.

Business Applications Analyst is a position at Qognify - part of Hexagon’s Global IT, to lead applications projects. The position is expected to implement, administer, and support our business applications. Requirements:

At least two years of IT Business Applications Analysis experience.
Prior experience with supporting and training users.
Prior experience with NetSuite - Mandatory.
Prior experience with Salesforce – advantage.
Prior experience with systems administration – advantage.
Prior experience with implementation and administration of business applications – advantage.
Knowledge of SQL – advantage.
Knowledge of programming languages – advantage.
Outstanding oral and written communication in English is mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate with others.
Customer-centric with an ability to understand customer needs.
Highly organized, motivated, and creative.
Team player.
Multi-tasking capabilities.
Technical understanding and ability to learn.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in industrial management with specialization in Information systems or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

In your role as Business Applications Analyst, you will:

Perform system administration activities in our business applications such as ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Saleforce.com Sales and Service clouds), HRIS, Attendance, SharePoint, and others.
Take part or actively lead the implementation of new systems, systems changes, and enhancements.
Create reports and dashboards and provide support & training to users.
Work in coordination with external consultants and integrators.
Support business teams Globally.

This role is in Israel and reports to the VP of Operations.
