Operational Support Intern

Job Description Summary
We are looking for a second- or third-year student in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics, with approximately two years remaining in their studies, to join us for a part-time role (around 20 hours per week).

As a Business Analyst, you will support financial and operational processes within a global organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Budget control and analysis, including quarterly comparisons and reporting.
Managing the global procurement order system to ensure smooth operations.
Reviewing and reconciling supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
High level of English (written and spoken).
Advantage: Experience with GLPROD (Oracle Applications) or similar ERP systems.
