FP&A Analyst- Inventory and Gross Margin

The Inventory Analyst (part of the FP&A team) will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the inventory levels to meet demand, minimize losses, and support the company’s operational and financial goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of inventory management in a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Responsibilities

Managing monthly inventory closing process

Performing extensive analysis on a wide range of inventory-related reports

Support monthly closing process (data analysis / reporting / PPT’s)

Implementing inventory control processes

Control day-to-day inventory operations

Forecasting: support the quarterly GM forecasting process

Support audit requirements

Review and control subsidiaries inventory monthly report

Prepare periodical reports to senior analyst and other stakeholders (Purchasing / Finance and others)

Support Ad-Hoc tasks and projects

Support budget process

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team with a particular focus on the ability to set priorities that correspond with business needs.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Excellent orientation to IT tools and methods– key (SAP B1 –advantage, BI tools, Datarails)
A Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management from an acknowledged university;
Up to 3 years of related experience including inventory, GM analysis and forecasting from a global / industrial company
