What You'll Bring:

· Publish Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Adhoc Dashboard and MIS as required.

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all the reports shared internally with the stake holders and with the regulator

· Maintain a structured repository of the data utilized to prepare the various reports as required by the function

· Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns from complaints and escalations. Proactively highlight outliers/variance in the data

· Prepare the requisite presentations for discussions with senior management

Impact You'll Make:

Candidate must be highly proficient with MS Office applications - Excel and Advance excel, MS-Access. Knowledge on macros, BI Store & Tableu will be an added advantage. Knowledge of pivots, Vlookup, Hlookup is mandatory.
MS Power point for presenting the analysis, trends and insights is a must.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
