As a Software developer for On-Prem team:



You will be working with tons of data! Our customers store Petabytes On-Premises servers and cloud assets, and we’ll want you to:

Work on a groundbreaking approach to fetch the right information at scale
Research and find innovative ways to process big data into insights
Always optimize! Be very mindful of resources - costs and runtime

You will design and own new product features:

Work with PMs to finalize product requirements and scope
Work with data scientists to optimize their models for massive-scale in production
Think 80/20 - we’re a lean startup and time is crucial. Only develop what brings value

You will put our customers’ needs first:

Locate bottlenecks in our pipeline and help fix them
Automate and orchestrate our processes to make them more efficient
Always improve our production monitoring and visibility to handle issues quickly

Your areas of expertise are:

Networking and Security

Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including:
Reverse proxy, tunneling, and DNS management
Experience with network security measures and best practices for on-prem environments

Storage and Cloud Management

Proficiency in managing different types of storage systems and self-hosted clouds
Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and platforms such as OpenStack, CloudStack, VMware, or similar
Knowledge of data storage hybrid setups

System Administration

Expertise in Active Directory and Windows Server environments, including configuration, deployment, and security
Hands-on experience with managing virtual machines and virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware vSphere)

DevOps- Nice to have

Proven experience as a DevOps Developer

Preferred Experience:

Background in working with or supporting companies with strong on-prem security focus, such as Red Hat, Varonis, or companies specializing in Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
