Game Designer - Playable Ads

Moon Active is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv, and is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the globe.

We're looking for a Playable Ads Game Designer to join our industry-leading marketing team. As a game designer you will be in charge of the game design and game mechanics and game-flows of our playable ads as well as testing and gaining insights based on how the playable performed.

Responsibilities
Create best-in-class playable ads, to excite, engage, and bring new players to download our games.
Research new ideas for new game mechanics that can be developed and be successful as playable ads.
Playtest designs and different game mechanics to ensure quality and consistency of the gameplay.
Provide and document quality and timely feedback to other team members’ designs as well as feedback to our playable developers.
Use data to analyze playable ad performance and modify game mechanics.
Assist the Level Design team with improving our content pipeline and processes.
Support and collaborate with the team from a level design perspective (Production, QA, Art, Game Design, etc).
Requirements
4+ years of experience designing levels and game mechanics for casual mobile games.
Strong passion for gaming, particularly with regards to casual mobile games.
Positive and creative mind with a passion for the level design craft (showcased with a relevant work portfolio).
Solid grasp of design methodologies and up-to-date knowledge of the casual audience, casual game markets and player motivations.
Ability to create high quality designs for a mass audience under strict deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate feedback and design ideas.
Strong self-driven work ethic and ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
Ability to incorporate feedback from your team into your work and use it to learn and grow in your role.
