Purpose of the JobIn charge to support the Construction management in the track activities in the Track HN - LRT Project.Involvement in the production and delivery of the QCD objectives of the Trackwork Construction and Ensure with the support of the HSE supervisor a Safe Workplace through the strict application of our HSE procedures.Network & LinksInfra PM, Track Construction Manager, Sourcing, sub-contractor, Quality team, Client consultant, CW teamInterface sub-system (OHLE, Signalling, POS, PSD …)MissionPerformance Measurement/KPI’sManagement and follow up to the Trackwork Finishing Construction & Welding activities.Client complaints follow-upProgress reportsOptimisation of WorkmanshipQCDResponsibilitiesOrganise and manage finishing part of track construction in conformity with the details design, the planning and the QA/QC systemParticipate to the preparation of the Baseline Programme and other related schedules and subsequently to implement the activities accordingly and report on the progressDuring the installation, define, recruit, purchase and follow up the necessary resources, means and material.Ensure that qualified, competent and well trained personnel are assigned to their disciplineParticipate in the construction point of view, to the analysis of any Contractual issue (VO, Claims) .Co-ordinate with the Logistic Manager for the implementation of the TW construction needs including adjustment plates and pads, encapsulation and welding kits.Participate to the handing over processLiaise with the Interface Manager (about various civil contractors works and other third parties works) to facilitate the work progressFacilitate and actively participate to the Return of ExperienceCandidate RequirementsEducational RequirementsEngineering / University degree and/or Strong Experience from site constructionDesired Knowledge / ExperienceTrack construction finishing activities.Behavioural Skills / CompetenciesLeadership, initiative and decision mindedTeam spirit approach and good communication skillsTechnical Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of Quality codes & standardsThe position is located in northern Israel.Job Segment: Quality Assurance, Manager, Technology, Management
