Job Description

CyberArk is looking for an R&D Manager who thinks creatively and is great at execution to lead a full-stack engineering team.

As an infrastructure engineering R&D Manager , you will: lead, mentor, and recruit a team that will build a modern Saas Service from vision to production.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and grow talent through effective mentoring and coaching

· Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand what to build (and what not to build)

· Plan and implement scalable software components and services using the latest technologies & architectural approaches

Qualifications

· Proven work experience as an R&D Manager

· 5+ years of experience in Python/Go/ Node/Ruby/Java/C# (Python is a definite advantage)

· Experience working with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline

· Experience in managing highly skilled developers, and the ability to lead, coach and influence them.

· Ability to manage, track and identify risks, bottlenecks and challenges ahead of time, and oversee technical coordination to resolve them

· Enthusiastic about code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance

· Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach

· Must have Experience with at least one Cloud Platform AWS, Azure or Google Cloud(AWS is a definite advantage)

· Bachelor's Degree in Science, Programming or Engineering related field / Elite unit alumni

Additional Information

· Experience in enterprise-scale application development in cloud/SaaS environment (AWS serverless architecture is a definite advantage)

· Experience with AWS/CDK/Python

· Experienced with microservice/event-oriented design and development

· Experienced with modern CI/CD tools, in particular GitHub, Jenkins and Artifactory
