Area Marketing Manager ( Heavy Equipment Machinery)

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

· Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business

· Leading a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion & achieving the monthly team target.

· Responsible for strong regional & market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.

· Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.

· Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.

· Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.

· Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.

*REQUIREMENT*

Minimum Graduate

Overall 5-10 years with at least 3-4 years in equipment sales and 1-2 years of team management

Candidates with experience in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Crane/Tower Crane and Concrete) industry will be preferred, Familiarity with MENA region.

Age: <=35 years
