Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking for a Global IT Vice President to join us. The preferred job location is Malvern PA USA, where Vishay Global headquarter locates at, hybrid working schedule is available.

What you will be doing:

Formulate and develop strategies and policies for IT in line with the organizational objectives with the aim of contributing to realizing the organization’s strategy;
Set the mission and vision of the IT organization to foster business-oriented, “Think Customer First” culture and mindset;
Execute on multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals, including Global ERP system implementation.
Direct the strategic design, acquisition, management and implementation of an enterprise-wide technology infrastructure;
Draw up and manage the department’s budget with the aim of organizing the department’s various activities and guaranteeing the results within the policy lines of the financial plan;
Develop an efficient IT organization with the aim of achieving optimum results for the organization in a cost-efficient and qualitative way;
Monitor changes or advantages in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage(s); Plan and design information management processes to meet Vishay’s internal and external needs
Define an IT security road map and guide the business towards an IT security strategy;
Manage major IT and business initiatives, including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions, capacity expansion, definition and local implementation of global standards, and highly complex business applications.

What you will bring:

You have at least a master and/or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent;
ground in application architecture, reporting, designing ERP solutions such as Oracle, SAP..
Experience with leading ERP implementation in Global organization
At least 10 years of management experience in IT for a similarly sized Global organization.
5+ years of experience managing global team in manufacturing industries.
Experience with Merge and Acquisition projects
Willingness to travel;
Fluent in English is a must.
