The position represents global products environmental regulatory management & control for new and legacy products during the Product Life Cycle.

The role is part of the knowledge and data management team at Engineering part of the operation sector.

This position is responsible for the aspects of leading, structuring and controlling the products environmental regulatory and the activities to comply them. The position involves extensive communication with Legal, engineering, regulatory data vendors & labs, procurement, production and CMOs.

Requirements:

Lead, structure and ongoing control on the product’s environmental requirements globally.
Manage 3rd party regulatory data vendors – Assent, Silicon expert.
Manage products environmental regulatory self-declaration.
Environmental regulatory data management, control, and processing at company's information system (Team Center, SAP, Assent, Silicon Expert)
Focal point on environmental regulation topic for all company product (New & Legacy)
Lead activities MCOs, ECOs to support product compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineer / Electronics Engineer is a must.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the engineering department at NPI activities and controlling multidisciplinary products through the PLC, and common engineering documentation processes.
Deep knowledge in PLM system (Siemens Team Center is advanced), SAP, knowledge in Microsoft Office / Excel is a must.
Data management oriented – Cleansing, loading, processing, store, share.
Autodidact & environmental regulation experienced, such as ROHS, REACH, SCIP, PROP65, CMRT, WEEE, CBAM, food contact materials and more.
Leadership experience in matrixed worldwide organization and ability to work well in a team environment including cross-culture.
Deep understanding of the supply chain processes is a must, as manufacturing operations, supply chain planning, sourcing, contract manufacturers / OEM, supplier quality, and other functions as needed.
