From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingPreparing statutory and consolidated local GL accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with US GAAP and IFRSCoordinating the accounting and month-end closing processEnsuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reportingPreparing analysis on movements in key general ledger accountsManaging the accounting policy, ensuring it's up to date and latest changes in US GAAP, IFRS, and group policies are implementedDelivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process via automation and controlParticipating in annual and interim auditsDelivering advice on accounting and reporting issuesContributing to and defining consolidation, as well as financial control processes and proceduresWhat you'll need5+ years of experience in a similar role in banking or financial services, or within a Big 4 working with banking clientsExcellent accounting knowledge, with proven experience in US GAAP, consolidated financial reporting, and/or IFRSA structured and logical approach to solving problemsExcellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitudeGreat motivation and focus on deliveryNice to haveExperience within a fast-growing organisationA business school or university degree in accounting, management, or economicsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
