Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our gaming portfolio, aligning with company goals and player needs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game design, development, marketing, and analytics, to deliver innovative and engaging gaming experiences.
Analyze market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Monitor product performance through key metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize game features and mechanics.
Conceptualize, design, and prioritize game features that align with the game’s vision and business objectives.
Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience of 5+ years as a head of product manager in the casual gaming industry.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of product managers.
Strong understanding of game development processes, models, and live operations (LiveOps).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
Familiarity with live ops, monetization strategies, and free-to-play game mechanics is a must.
Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Monday, or similar project management software.
