Corporate Controller

Juganu is looking for an experienced and talented Corporate Controller to join our Finance Department and become an essential part of our growing global company. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the finance teams across all subsidiaries, ensuring consistent financial practices and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Develop and enforce financial policies and systems across the parent company and subsidiaries to ensure integrity and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration between subsidiary finance teams and the corporate office, fostering a cohesive financial reporting framework.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings, coordinating with subsidiaries to streamline processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit, ensuring efficient and comprehensive audit processes across the organization.
• Implement and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s KPIs.
• Ad-hoc projects as well as automation projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

A degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.
Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
At least 2 years as Controller/Assistant Controller.
Demonstrated high level of responsibility and excellent management skills.
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and meet demanding deadlines in a stressful environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people on all levels of an organization.
Self-starter and independent, with multi-tasking and great time management skills.
Versatile and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer skills with experience in Priority (advantage).
High level of English.
