Requirements:

- Proven experience managing tech or innovation projects.

- Ability to create and execute work plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Strong skills in project reporting, issue resolution, and adapting to changes.

- Experience drafting essential project documentation (requirements, specifications, Gantt charts).

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and motivate teams, directly or in matrix structures.

- Analytical skills to understand client needs and translate them into project plans.

- Experience managing stakeholder alignment, bridging communication between clients and tech providers.
