We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to lead our Accounting and Tax functions, overseeing financial reporting, tax, treasury, finance operations, payroll, revenue and compliance. This position ensures financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic cost management. We search for someone who has the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.

What You’ll Do:

Oversight of all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, equity, tax, internal controls and finance operations functions across the company and its subsidiaries.
Management of a team of approximately 20 people
Lead the process of the period close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under the US GAAP, including preparation of periodical financial statements and reporting to investors and stakeholders
Managing all global tax planning, and making sure of the company’s compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes
Oversee the Finance Operations, including bookkeeping, AP invoice processing and Payroll processes
Manage controls over the financial reporting process, including process design and management of ongoing execution
Lead finance-related requirements in cross-company automation projects and process improvement
Serve as the main point of contact for banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, VAT), auditors, and others

Requirements:

What You Have:

Minimum of 8 years of experience including vast experience in accounting, controllership, financial reporting and tax
Proven experience of at least 3 years as a leading (managerial position) finance professional in a global high-tech company
Strong US GAAP knowledge - a must
CPA who holds a degree in accounting and Big4 experience.
Excellent English – both written and verbal
Experience with public companies, preferably NASDAQ-listed – an advantage.
Experience in the Media or Adtech industry - an advantage
