Job Description

• Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and identification of process improvement opportunities

• Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives across Global Supply Chain functions

• Support project management activities, including action tracking, milestone monitoring, risk follow-up, and status reporting

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for systems and process enhancement initiatives

• Prepare project documentation, management presentations, and performance reports

• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• You are looking to gain hands-on experience in process improvement, project management, and business systems within a global organization.

Job Requirements

Must Have:

Industrial Engineering and Management student/ Information Systems/Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (2nd year or above)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or process improvement methodologies – an advantage
