Creative Specialist

Fiverr is looking for a Creative Specialist with a sharp eye for performance-driven, social-first creative. This role focuses on a core aspect of our growth efforts: building and optimizing creative that fuels performance across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more.

You’ll be the lead player in a team that builds high volume, high velocity, high quality creative pipelines (a “creative machine”) designed to deliver assets that are smart, platform-native, and constantly optimized. Often you’ll work hands-on to produce content, from concept through execution, while collaborating with performance marketers and creative peers on strategy and iteration.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in performance creative & growth content production at a global brand, global digital agency, or global startup.
A strong portfolio showcasing social ad creatives (UGC, memes, statics, motion) tailored for performance and optimized by platform.
Solid hands-on skills in video editing, motion design, and working with AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs).
Deep familiarity with Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and how content needs to be adapted by platform and region.
Experience producing for international audiences with sensitivity to cultural and language nuances.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, iterative production environment, driven by testing and optimization.
A creative mindset paired with a data-informed approach that delivers smart, platform-native ideas with measurable results.
Familiarity with social trends and humor across diverse regions

What am I going to do?:

Ideate, create, and produce high-performing, localized social content, including UGC-style videos, memes, static ads, and motion graphics, for multiple international markets.
Build and maintain a high-volume creative pipeline, delivering consistent, data-driven assets tailored to performance objectives and local nuances.
Collaborate with Growth, Media, and Localization teams to ensure creative resonates with specific cultural, linguistic, and platform behaviors in key markets (USA, UK, France, Spain, Brazil, and more).
Leverage AI platforms, editing tools, and motion design to speed up production and enable scalable creative output.
Analyze performance data in collaboration with the media team and iterate creatively based on real-time feedback.
Contribute to larger brand & brand-formance campaigns and cross-team initiatives, helping adapt brand messages for social performance use cases.
