About the role

The Restaurant Standards and Service Quality Team plays a vital role in ensuring that 10BIS platform provides a high-quality experience for both customers and restaurants. By developing and implementing clear standards, monitoring restaurant performance, and providing support to restaurant partners, the team helps to ensure that customers receive consistently good food and service, and that restaurants are successful on the platform.

Develop and implement standards for restaurants offering and service on the platform. This includes standards for all aspects of restaurant performance.
Identify and address areas where restaurants need to improve. This may involve working with restaurants to develop corrective action plans.
Work with restaurants to ensure that they are meeting the platform's standards. This may involve support, as well as conducting regular audits supported by flagging system.
Conducting internally research to identify new improvements opportunities.
Providing training and support to restaurant partners on the platform's policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into clear actions.
Experience with the Tableau - advantage.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve highly complex challenges.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfort working in a fast-changing environment and coordinating with multiple teams.
