Serve as the focal point for system process flow and design. Define the machine’s Process Flow Diagram (PFD). Define and manage the machine’s Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and item list. Define the Functional Design Specification (FDS) for the machine. Participate in site surveys and system customization processes. Take part in commissioning and acceptance processes, including FAT and SAT. Provide operational guidance and support to software programmers. Assist project managers with system definitions and machinery-related matters. Support the customer support team with failure analysis and technical insights. Contribute to new designs and continuous improvement efforts. Execute special projects as assigned. Willing to travel abroad for system commissioning, service provision, and training activities. B.Sc. degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, materials engineering or similar. 3-5 years of experience in process industries or Engineering and design companies. Strong decision-making abilities and problem resolution skills. Self-managed personality, detail oriented, service minded. Strong Technical knowledge and background. Practical proven experience in projects management. Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight time deadlines. Ability to work under pressure, in an industrial noisy environment.
