Areas of Responsibility:
· Experimental work in a chemistry lab.
· Developing new and innovative formulation related technologies.
· Developing complex formulations.
· Leading independent long-term research.
· Perform and develop physical and chemical tests to evaluate products.
· Cooperation with external research labs.
· Cooperation with internal ADAMA units.
· Search and update on patents and scientific literature.
· Write and present progress reports.
Required skills:
· Highly skilled in laboratory work.
· Ability to work independently in an organized and systematic manner.
· High technical capability.
· Ability to design and conduct research, troubleshoot and solve problems arising during development.
· Highly self-motivated.
· Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work in a team.
· Self-learning ability.
· Initiative, creativity and flexibility of thought together with critical thinking.
Qualifications:
· Advanced scientific degree (MSc / PhD) with research experience in chemistry/ chemical engineering
· Knowledge in the field of colloid chemistry – advantage.
· Experience in formulation development – advantage.
· Advanced level in English
