*Role Description*

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data. The Controller will also collaborate with the leadership team to develop financial strategies and forecasts.

*Responsibilities*
* Responsible for the company’s financial statements, closing process, and consolidation
* Work with external auditors and advisors
* In charge of budget (forecast and actual) including a monthly management report
* Manage the bookkeeper and supervise an external payroll controller
* Responsible for a US subsidiary's financials
* Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
* Ensure the company’s compliance with global and local tax-related policies and implement related processes
* Implementing, enforcing, and assessing internal control policies and procedures
* Lead efficiency and automation of financial processes and systems

*Requirements*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* CPA certification
* Graduate from one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Israel – Mandatory
* Up to two years of experience after internship – Advantage
* Experience with Inventory and Fixed Assets accounting processes
* Proficiency in financial software and Excel
* MBA – Advantage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Great interpersonal skills
