Org & Op Excellence Consultant - Industrial Engineering

As an Org & Op Excellence Consultant (Industrial Engineering), you will advise senior management in leading corporations and government organizations on major organizational decisions, performance improvement, and operational excellence. This is a broad position with many responsibilities. Thus, you need to be precise and organized, learn quickly, have excellent teamwork abilities, and be adept at managing tasks.

It will be your responsibility to create operational strategies that have an effective impact on critical operations. Among other things, you’ll participate in think tanks, perform complex analyses, participate in IT characterization, conduct interviews with key figures in the organization, and take part in process re-design and change implementation.

*Requirements:*
* BSc graduates in Industrial Engineering and Management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal relations, creativity, initiative, and curiosity
* Work experience in consulting is a plus
* Fluent Hebrew, Fluent English; additional language is an advantage
