Customer Experience Representative- Tagalog Speaking (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Responsibilities

Assisting customers in the application and registration process
Delivering service with professionalism and empathy according to company standards
Investigating and resolving customer issues
Providing guidance on app features and services
Responding to customer inquiries via chat and other support systems
Managing multiple systems and tasks in parallel

Qualifications

Fluent Tagalog speaker – must
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service – must
Available for full-time work, including weekends – must
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
High-level English – written and verbal
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in a dynamic environment
Commitment to the temporary nature of the position (maternity leave cover)
